Where do you ship?

You are welcome to check out at annafarba.com from the US and Canada.

EU Due to changes with VAT remittance with all countries in the European Union, you can only check out through my Etsy shop.

UK Due to changes to VAT remittance, you can no longer check out at annafarba.com. You can still check out through my Etsy shop.

The buyer will assume all responsibility of customs duties, taxes, and fees. I cannot alter the price of the goods or relabel the item as a "gift". Please allow up to 60 days for your order to arrive.


Processing Times, shipping locations

Processing times:

Apparel and Stationery 2-5 business days processing time. Printed and shipped by my printing partner in the US (North Carolina), Canada (Ontario), or the EU (Latvia/Spain).

Woven Blankets 3-6 business days processing time. Made to order and shipped from the factory in New York, USA.

Original paintings 1-3 business days processing time. Shipped from my studio in Greater Vancouver, BC, Canada.


How much does shipping cost?

All orders will be calculated based on the order total, weight, and the destination address.


Shipping delays during holidays

During the holiday season, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive within the US.

Every year during holidays USPS workers have a hard time. Please plan to order for the occasion in advance. I am unable to offer Expedited Shipping at this time. Once an order is in transit, I unfortunately cannot retrieve it, access it, or change your address after it has shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate these new USPS delays.


Lost or Missing Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or missing, there will be a claim made for it as soon as possible, which is 30 days for USPS. I’ll follow through with attempting to file a lost package claim, with the initial shipping cost being assumed by the purchaser if applicable.

If a package is returned due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for re-shipment charges.

If you would like a reshipment of a new order of goods due to it being lost along the way, you may be responsible for shipping charges.

After 90 days, insurance claims can no longer be filed, and returned packages will be forfeited.

Return Policy

Returns

Returns, refunds, and replacements are only available for orders placed on annafarba.com. You must have an Order or Transaction number and contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, less the shipping cost.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All sales are final on custom and personalized orders.

CLOTHING

All sales are final on clothing/apparel.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your item is damaged in transit, I can assure you that we will work together to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please e-mail me with photographs within 48 hours of receiving the package to a@annafarba.com

Please retain any damaged items as well as the box and all packing materials in order to be eligible for a damage claim. I will happily work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include credit, replacement (if possible) or a refund.

PRINTING ERRORS

I work with printing partners who print and ship the products for me, so some errors may occur. If something doesn’t look right, please e-mail me with photographs within 48 hours of receiving the package and I will happily send you a replacement.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Please e-mail me at a@annafarba.com with your name, and order number, and let me know what you would like to return

• You are responsible for shipping your return and covering the shipping cost. Please choose a carrier that provides a tracking number

• The package must be shipped within 5 days of the return being authorized. As soon as I receive your returned order, I will get back to you and initiate your refund, less the cost of shipping.
